Terms of use.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This is a translation of the original Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any difference.

These terms govern the use of the shhhift app and the shhhift.com.br website. shhhift is run by Rafael, an individual resident in Brazil (contact: shhhift.contact@gmail.com). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

1. The service

shhhift builds playlists from a text request, a song list, a transition between artists or an existing playlist, and creates them on Spotify or YouTube Music.

2. No ties to the platforms

shhhift is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Spotify, Google, YouTube or Apple. The brands mentioned belong to their owners. shhhift's use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove playlists and suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. The playlists

The playlists created belong to shhhift's account and may be renamed, removed or stop working, for example if a track leaves the catalog, if the platform changes its rules or if shhhift shuts down. To keep a playlist, save it to your library or copy the tracks. The songs still belong to their rights holders.

6. Music data

Recommendations are automatic suggestions, which may contain mistakes or not be to your liking.

7. Warranties and liability

shhhift is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that every track will be found. We are not responsible for failures, changes or unavailability of Spotify, YouTube or other third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force, and relevant changes will be announced in the app. If you keep using shhhift after the change, you agree to the new version.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of your place of residence are chosen to settle any dispute.
